So it hasn’t been that long since Battlefield Heroes found alternative hosts in Aeria Games and Bigpoint, but now the game has finally gotten a new mode. Well, new to the game that is, but a classic to us all, Capture the Flag.
This is a mode no doubt all of you are familiar with the point that I don’t really need to explain. But it is nice to see that the game is expanding and starting to add new modes. Don’t get me wrong, the game was fun before, but adding a bit of variety never hurt.

Here is a bit of news, that unfortunately I am a few days late on. EA games and Aeria Games have partnered to release Battlefield Heroes. Those of you who know the game already know that the game was previously hosted by Aeria Games and was free-to-play so the move is a bit odd, in my opinion.
For those of you who never played Battlefield Hereos, it’s a fast paced third person shooter, with a bit of a goofy side. Pretty much, it feels like a cartoon shooter, but it was a lot of fun to play. It features two factions with several ‘classes’, nice customization on which skills you pick and how you set up your character, maps with different modes, a good variety of vehicles, and was just a blast to play. EA has released new content in the online game Battlefield Heroes. They announce this as 'Tier 1', which is mainly modern day clothing and weaponary. Check the store for more details.
