It is being revamped under the name Infinite Rasa, There is however no date on the completion of the project, as that entirely dependss upon the amount of work that is done and the funds that the dev team have. So if you enjoyed the original, why don't you pop ever and see what you can do to help?

Do Lawsuits Actually Work?

I want to take the time to say that I don't think many users in the gaming community understand why bigger companies get sued. I think really big companies get sued because they want to do anything to capture the market into playing MMOs, even if it means cheating anyone into investing into the company.

While the video gaming market is huge and profitible, there players or key figures who get cheated out of their time and money because some companies are too lazy, not brothering or care about other people and some stuff from this article I will mention.

The best example is the recent events of NCsoft getting sued by Ultima creator Richard Garriott. For those that don't know, Ultima was one of the first RPGs born from America and became one of the first MMOs that took off and was highly successful back in the mid 90s. So successful that the Ultima series had influenced the MMOs that we play today.

NCsoft were sued by Richard Garriott for $27 Million USD back in mid-2009, as Garrio

Tabula Rasa to Shut down in February Due to Lack of Interest

The sci-fi MMORPG Tabula Rasa will be shut down officially on February 28, according to game publisher NCsoft. Despite the fact that Tabula Rasa had many unique features that differentiate it from other MMORPG’s on the market, it simply did not live up to expectations and did not attract the player base that was necessary to become profitable. Despite the fact that the development team worked long and hard to improve the game before during and after launch, it never quite achieved the player population necessary to justify continued maintenance, as well as the tremendous amount of funding necessary to keep servers running.

Beginning January 10, the game will be free to existing subscribers up until it is shut off for good on February 28. Developers are determined to ensure that remaining active in Tabula Rasa for the next few months is fun and completely worth the players time. The difficulties faced by Tabula Rasa is a refl

I played the game and i can say that its great game but its not fps not even close its normal mmorpg just instead of clicking on enemy once u just have to move it ower(lock on) u can't spray with mashine gun all ower place or get bigger dmg by shooting enemys head as soon as lock on the enemy u will allways hit the same spot.I don't know about others but i see it as a big misstake

What they shold have done is taken lock on out added damage bonus depending on enemys hit spot i played for quite some time and i can say its not realy worth the monthly fee many ppl that played with me agreed completley they left game before me.Reson for that is quite simple newer ending boredom allwasy doing the same thing loses its charm what i enjoyed is outpost defence wich was happening only in random outposts.Graphicks are nice too lots of choises but p2p system is misstake on this game aswell from what ive seen ppl aren\t to friendly and there not that many of them and that because when game is p2p and some1 leaves it they will newer return maiby 1 from hundred will return now if game is f2p ppl will come back to game with ewery1 big update tabula rasa has a lot of oportunitys in f2p not o

Jo Garcia, Playboy's popular Cyber Girl of the Year for 2008, will become immortal by donating her digitized DNA for storage on the International Space Station. Operation Immortality involves storing the genetic code for many of humanity's best and brightest, including Stephen Hawking, Stephen Colbert, Tim Draper, and many others. Stored on the Immortality Drive, the DNA, as well as records of humanity's greatest achievements and other information, is accompanying Richard Garriott for his historic space flight in October.

However, Jo Garcia isn't just contributing her natural beauty—she's also an avid gamer. "If I could get a job... being a game tester, I would do that all day long," she said in a recent interview on Kotaku. You still have a chance to join her—visit OperationImmortality.com or play Tabula Rasa today!

Rumor : NCSoft Austin to Close?

Tabula Rasa to move, Dungeon Runners to die

Rumor is going around that NCSoft is going to close its Austin game development studio and lay off all staff there. Tabula Rasa is said to be handed over to Seattle-based Arena.net (Guild Wars) and Dungeon Runners apparently just couldn't run fast enough. This comes as a bit of a surprise overall, because Tabula Rasa got a mention in the Q2 reports - something generally considered a good sign.

Future development of Tabula Rasa will reportedly be handed over to Seattle-based Guild Wars creator Arena.net, with Massively reporting that the title may meet a similar fate as Dungeon Runners if it "fails to turn the tide of subscribers and expectations." It has also learned that any future collaboration between NCsoft and Tabula Rasa principals Richard and Robert Garriot will be "limited in scope," due to a souring of relations with the Korean management team over their title's lackluster performance.

With regard to City of Heroes, a source at NCsoft's Bay Area studio confirmed with us that its development staff will be completely unaffected by the events transpiring in Austin, saying that the title's status is "sound.&
