Chrono Tales: My first look at an browser MMORPG!

Chrono Tales is a 3D Browser MMO, it features 5 classes: warrior, mage, scholar, priest and assassin.

The game has plenty of features: Combat mounts, combo system, crafting, PvP, ranking in all sorts of things, siege war between guilds, and there is daily challenges for instances, quests and world bosses.

Combat mounts is one of those features I simply love in games, already at level 10 you are provided with a Spirit Wolf that you never have to un-mount again.  You can choose between riding the mount for more movement speed, or summoning it to your side so it will fight with you. If you choose the later, you can merge mounts for better stats. Promoting a mount changes how they look, which was a pleasant surprise. Later in the game, you can get mounts such as the lion, leopard, and phoenix. There is even a dragon mount that I would love to get my hands on.

ChronoTales - Watch and Learn

ChronoTales is a new browser-based MMORPG.  I have never had much luck with browser games as far as holding my interest goes, and this one did not fail to do just the same.  Basically this game has you clicking hyperlink quest details to make the game play itself for you.  After watching your avatar play for you for about ten to fifteen minutes you are level ten or so.  After that I pretty much gave up hope.  I imagine that once you get to level 20 or so you actually have to do some things on your own.  I wouldn't hold my breath though... I played a different game of the same variety called Tamer Saga and got to level 25 by letting the game do all of the work for me.  Let's get down to the nitty gritty...

Pros -

1.  Effective streamlining for auto-quest travel.
2.  Graphics reminiscent of Camon Hero.
3.  Five different classes to choose from when creating a character.
4.  Several different ways to alter and enchant equipment.

Chrono Tales Storm Vid Review

Eh...Kinda says it all unfortunately

Normally I don't do browser games. And I think I'll keep it that way after I take a look at City of Steam Later on. This game is about as generic and average as you can get. It's a point and click and you watch mmorpg. Pretty much you bot everything and understand nothing. The reason I covered it is because I was interested in seeing if it had any of Chrono Trigger or Chrono Cross in it. Yea it doesn't and unless your just that bored I would suggest another game like Pockie Pirates or Marvel Avengers.
