The Elder Scrolls Blade Might Have Been Delayed Intentionally By Bethesda

By: SLX9 posted at Nov 14, 2018 2:31 am

Bethesda Games, as one of the popular games’ producers and publishers, announced an intriguing plan regarding brand-new The Elder Scrolls title for mobile back at E3 2018. This is the first trial for ESO Franchise on the mobile platform. Given that the announcement had mentioned its release date had been set in Fall 2018 and the game displays on the iOS App store list, it appears that it would have come out soon.

The release date of The Elder Scrolls Online: Blades remained uncertain status since then. Later, Bethesda announced it would be on September 7, 2018. But it was revised into sometime in December soon after that. Although the date showed up on App Store was claimed to be a placeholder by Bethesda. The truth behind the announced date is they are putting the whole thing off into December 31th, because placeholder dates are usually the end of a quarter.

A placeholder date statement didn’t cover the story at all. Considering that Bethesda changed it to September 7 later, why not Sep

Elder Scrolls Online: Getting hype trailer

By: Scion Storm posted at Apr 21, 2017 8:09 am

Little known to people is how good ESO. Has gotten the last year, it's clearly number 3 with Final Fantasy 14 and World of Warcraft locked in the number 1 battle. To be honest no one else is even close enough to be considered 4 at this point. People can have their fan favorites. Really Blade and Soul, Black Desert, Neverwinter, Revelation Online are all in the same boat. It's a choice of whatever you like none of them are breaking records. If Elder Scrolls can make stable pvp battlegrounds. And actually, incorporate all its previous games lore; Morrowing, Skyrim and the other games.

You might see Elder Scrolls overtake FF14 and WoW for number one. A number of gamers that play Elder Scroll games worldwide. Far exceeds what WoW and FF14 can muster. So the chance is there it's a big if. One that may happen we need this to happen. It would force Blizzard to stop rehashing and innovate. And force Square Enix to do what we really want. A true FF7 MMO like game. A lot of

Elder Scrolls Online: Should you play it?

By: Scion Storm posted at Nov 14, 2016 7:13 am

I give this game a 2.6 out of 3. This is the highest should you play score ever. Mainly because the game has truly set itself up. To be close to what we wanted it to be. And that's a sandbox online version of skyrim.

The Elder Scrolls Online Has Potential to Improve

By: Wub posted at Jul 06, 2016 9:42 am

Elder Scrolls Online is an attempt by Zenimax to make an MMORPG in the Elder Scrolls universe. But most of you probably know that by now. The final result was less than expected by many, but a decent game overall.

The biggest fault of the game is that it isn’t Elder Scrolls enough. Building your character into anything you want to is not quite possible here as we have classes that bring limitations. Now, don’t think that an MMORPG without classes isn’t possible because Secret World did a fantastic job with that. All weapons and abilities are free for anyone to use and build whatever character they want to. ESO already made all weapons usable by all classes, so they should probably do the same with abilities.

Elder Scrolls is pretty well-known for being open-ended, but we don’t see that mu

TESO: Lifting Content Barriers by Tamriel Unlimited

By: DanielCsaki posted at Jun 23, 2016 12:09 am

Content barriers are a big deal. They can often lead to players feeling alienated, and in MMOs, which are largely dictated by a sense of community and oneness, it can’t feel great to be under leveled and by extension, cut off from big parts of the game.

This new initiative, titled One Tamriel, is supposed to make the large vast regions able to be explored by all players, regardless of levels, factions, and so on. The world scales to your style of play, and by extension,

One might be wondering what the purpose is of leveling up at all

when there’s no longer going to be scaling in levels. Well with certain gear being limited to certain levels, you’ll still be rewarded with more skills and better equipment for playing the game more. It will likely just affect base stats for the player

Want to win $1 million? Play TESO from Dec 3rd as part of Bethesda's #AMillionReasonsToPlay Event

By: Dododoro posted at Dec 04, 2015 5:21 am

One could only imagine what was going on through Bethesda's team when someone came up with the idea"Hey! Let's award one player $1 Million dollars to play our MMORPG!"
Nope. This isn't some elaborate scheme by me to get you to play The Elder Scrolls Online,
It's part of Bethesda's #AMillionReasonsToPlay contest.

How does one enter?
Fill out this form and buy yourself a $35 copy of The Elder Scrolls Online
To enter.

Isn't this just a way for people to buy the game and possibly never touch it again?
Could it be? Yeah maybe (Anything to get subscribers I suppose)
Is it a good way to reel in potential players who may only play
just because Bethesda is hanging a carrot on a stick ($1 million)? (I'd say so)

But WAIT~! The rules say "No Purchase Necessary!"
Aye, it does, but it requires yoContinue Reading

A Little Background

By: IsaacJewton posted at Sep 01, 2015 1:54 am

Hello All! My name is Josh Hay, and this is my first blog post on MMOSite. I've been doing the whole blogging thing for a long time now, and I've kept on doing it because I have a passion for writing and mmorpgs. A really strong passion for both to be honest. What you can expect from me is a lot of quality content ranging from a host of games. I'm very interactive with my readers and will take suggestions on what games to talk about. I like for every reader to become involved. That is my main goal is to get the readers involved in every way I can.

Since I am just starting here, I've posted content on various other websites and here is how I do things:

I write episodic content. There will be a nice even time between post, but with every post comes 5-7 pages of content. I used to post a lot more but in smaller doses, but I am actively trying out the new "Episodic" content. I have no time frame of how it will be spaced out, but I can tell you how much content there will be inside

Elder Scrolls Online Should you try it again?

By: Scion Storm posted at Jun 18, 2015 5:00 am

As I shown you in past MMO shows. Expectations can some times ruin games. I think that is the case with ESO at launch. People wanted and expected Skyrim Online. That's almost impossible to pull off. Considering Skyrim at its finest is heavily modded.

With all that said I think ESO is a fun game for what it is. A Elder Scrolls game in a MMO setting. I'm a person who likes to play games like this for adventure and story first. If everything else after that is worth while. Then it is a major plus for me. And will keep my interested a long time. That's how I felt with Secret World and Guild Wars 2. Both games are heavily invested in story.

So if you want another game that can make you get lost in things to see. This game maybe for you. It's not super flashy or will wow you in the graphics department. But it will make you feel apart of things.
