Another mmo has hit with beta sign-ups, this one is called Wildstar. The game was developed by Carbine Studios and is being hosted by NCsoft. There is not a lot of info shared on their website, but there various screenshots released with a cinematic trailer.

Going by the video and screenshots it may be that they’re aiming at a more fun and humorous game with a cartoony style. The visuals from the screenshots look pretty nice and smooth actually, so it would be neat to see how the game plays out.

As for if it will be p2p or f2p, which some of you may still ask. All I can say is NCsoft. So the likelyhood of this being a p2p or b2p title is rather high. though with City of Heroes going the more freemium route, who knows.
