Divine Souls, Resurrected!

By: BlackRaisons posted at Oct 25, 2013 10:54 pm

Before you ask, no this is not a different version of Divine Souls that was hosted by Outspark in the past.

One of which is that Divine Souls is now hosted by gamengame. (here for GamenGame Site)

It currently features 4 characters(classes) that are gender-locked. Each of them quite special. There are 2 more characters on the way, one being a berserker and the other being a dual-wielder.

For those who really like to play PvE along with large-scale raids I'd recommend you SKIP over this game. The fact being that the PvE in this game is quite boring, nothing new, nothing innovative. The monsters themselves are pretty generic (with the exception of some bosses).

For those who really like to PvP, that's a different story all together. All the mechanics in Divine Souls is tethered towards PvP. Mainly directed towards the Combo Skill System, Divine Souls forces it's competitive PvP players to commit lists and lists of combos to memory. Also it features 1vs1 up to 4vs4 so PvP can

By: Spammie posted at Apr 22, 2013 7:52 pm

Hello people, I'm Paul A.K.A. Spammie and today I got for you a first look for a game that it's making it's comeback called Divine Souls, the game is currently in private closed beta and yes this is real closed beta, you get invited and you can't buy your way in, actually I was real lucky to try the game before anybody else as I was allowed to go in game 1 day before everyone after I said that I want to make a first look and would be great if I could spend sometime getting to know most of the game features really well. The game has a lot of potential and a very good team behind it to support it as well a very kind community. If would like to leave them some feedback go to game's forums and sign up and leave your feedback : http://divinesouls.tm/forum/index.php

Beefy Reviews: Divine Souls

By: Sir Loin of Beef posted at Apr 11, 2011 4:11 pm

As MMOs move toward a more action oriented setup, people are finding turn-based and cooldown oriented gameplay scenarios are a tired format. Some may say they make the game sluggish, inactive, that they make gamers bored and browse the Facebooks while their character auto attacks something to oblivion.

Recent games such as Dungeon Fighter Online and Vindictus have worked to ov

Divine Souls: CBT1 Summary!

By: Winterswolf posted at Jul 21, 2010 12:23 am

To read the full Divine Souls CBT Review click here!

Outspark are closing in on the end of the first CBT for their latest title Divine Souls. An action-fighting MMO (I use the term loosely) which has captured the hearts of some, and insulted others. The CBT has shown the basics of what is to come from the title, with a level cap of 40, 1 Major city to explore, 5 maps consisting of a total of 20 dungeons ranging from levels 1-40.

Once the CBT ends, Outspark will return to the drawing board to fix bugs and release more content for the next CBT. News is that the title will return with a raised level cap, more dungeons and some new classes for players to experiment with. This article however, will look at what we have experienced in the current CBT and my personal opinion on what has taken

Divine Soul (Closed Beta) Review

By: Zanpakutou posted at Jul 19, 2010 2:22 pm

So I decided to take a shot at one of the MMOs out there and I happen to come across Divine Soul. Its basically an action MMO based on instanced dungeons.

There is a story based on certain quests that appear at specific levels, but the cutscenes are on auto and you can't read it at your own pace. Its either watch it play out or skip it altogether. I chose to skip it.

The graphics for the game are nice. I would put them comparable to Aion or something similar to that. They use a lot of lightning as well. You can turn it off, but much of the feel of the game feels lost as a result. Character customization isn't that great. You have like 3 faces and 3 hair styles to choose from. You can edit the color of the hair but it doesn't make a big impact. The overall determining factor of how you look is based on your equipment.

The game begins with character creation. You have a choice between Slasher, Fighter and Mage. Slasher and Mage are female and Fighter is male

Divine Souls – Just A Closed Beta Review

By: Elveone posted at Jul 17, 2010 8:28 pm

Welcome to the world of Divine Souls. It is a not-so-corky steampunk world where everything revolves around the Divine Matter. It is a substance discovered by Dr. Charles Burke that was supposed to make interstellar travel much faster and safer. Unfortunately it has kinky side effects such as turning a normal sci-fi into fantasy and stopping right in the middle of it. This means that your characters will have supernatural abilities and will kill both mythological creatures, mutants and robots…and everything in between. Dr. Burke eventually realizes that his creation is evil and forms an alliance on one of the last uninfected with mutants planets to fight the upcoming evil. Unfortunately he gets abducted and you have to investigate what has happened to him. And this is where our stor
