Hail Communism!

Is Australia taking cues from China's censoring madness? The australian government is now flexing its communist muscle to ban any website that hosts or sell games which do not meet the MA15+ standard. There is no 18+ game standard in Australia and several popular MMORPG's such as World of Warcraft and Second Life, which are not classified in Australia could become banned.
What is ironic about this whole agenda meant to protect children is that the majority of gamers in Australia are 30+ years (Sydney Morning Herald), so it's actually hurting the gamer base more than helping it.
This censorship is planned to be inputted on the ISP level, where sites are blacklisted if they do not meet Australia's MA15 standard. Even if the customer requests access it is reported that it will be denied. Ummm...wtf?! What happened to freedom in Australia?
The ban is coming under intense fire after it recently banned Fallout 3 because of the drug system in the game. Taking drugs in Fallout 3 allows you to boost your characters stamina, intelligence and health. Of course, this is obviously a ploy to make all of Australia's children drug addicts!

What's retarded about this ban is that games such as Bioshock, Haze and Grand Theft Auto IV have been passed. All these games have comparable or higher levels of drug use than Fallout 3, making the Australian government's actions look dubious.
I wonder how the Australian government will explain their actions thus far and if they will continue trying to support this flawed plan.
