The Secret World: Into The Inferno - Guide for Dummies

Into the Inferno or just 'Inferno' is the second instance in TSW, the mission giver and the dungeon entrance are around Overlook Motel in The Savage Coast. If everyone knows how to kill the bosses, then this instance is a piece of cake but if they dont have any idea of what the hell to do... Then get your helmet on because you are going to die a lot and you will end up hitting yourself against the wall.

I did this instance a couple of times and this is what really works for me...

Get the mission and enter the door in room 13 with your group.

After you are inside, skip all the trash, you can pretty much skip it all... Good to know that the instance doesn't have many trash mobs...

The First Boss

Antimony Ministrix (The naked Daemon)

This one is very easy... All you need to do is:

1. Do what you are suppose to do... DPS, Healer, Tank

2. Stay away from the purple energy field

3. Run away as fast as you can when you see the white spell casting circles on the ground.

It is very important that you run like hell when the white circles pop up because they keep appearing in some sort of chain reaction... Dodging one is not good enough, keep moving!

If everyone keeps itself away from danger, the boss waters down into a Tank and Spank fight.

Corroder

As far as I know there is only one mechanic... Get close to the boss and beat the crap out of him... Why??? Because he cast some sort of AoE attack that doesnt hit you if you are very close to him...

The boss or half-boss is in a very narrow hallway, so getting up and close shouldn't be that hard, just make sure that you watch your aggro because running away is not a good idea.

Hardwire Fleshtank

The First challenging boss!

Hardwire is the first boss that can be a real challenge, there is some mechanics involved and if you screw it up, you will die!

The First thing you need to know is that the red glowing ground around the place is hot and it burns!!! You better stay on the steel platforms and avoid the rocky ground all the time.

Unfortunately, the fight is not so easy, you have to keep your distance from the boss because he cast some sort PBAoE (Point-Blank AoE) attacks that will do a nasty amount of damage.

Also keep in mind that he is going to cast some fire in some of the platforms, so you need to move into a platform that is not on fire and at the same time you have to watch his PBAoE attack and keep yourself away from the glowing red rocky ground..... and dont run too far away from the healer!!!

When the boss health reach a critically low level, the intensity of the fight is going to go up, his is going to set more and more platforms on fire, so move around all the time, dont stop!!! At some point only one platform is going to be safe and that is barely a full platform lol...

Traumadriver

Traumadriver is not so hard if you ask me, only a few mechanics are involved... Its like turning Left and Right...

The boss is the usual tank and spank boss but!!!!

1. Stay away from the purple energy field... It hurts!!!

2. If you see the white circles on the ground... MOVE!!!

3. Keep your eyes open, the purple energy field can pop up at your left side or your right side...

Also, watch your back!!!!!

A massive wall of fire is going to be behind you and as the fight keeps going, the fire is going to grow, making the room smaller, apparently this is a DPS race, kill the boss before the firewall fries your limbs!

Recursia

The Second Naked Daemon.

Recursia is so disturbing, I suggest you close your door before fighting this friggin boss unless you have some sort of fetish and actually enjoy the looks of a Hellspawn female...

When you fight this boss, you need to move around a lot, its like a small tutorial for a bigger and harder boss, so plz, do not fail...

As you can see in the picture at the right side, you need to get closed to the creepy lady. Just do the same thing you did in Corroder... Get closed to avoid taking damage...

BUT!!!

Keep in mind that sometimes she inverts the spell and you will need to keep your distance.

At some point she will go invulnerable and a bunch of ads will appear in the room.

Kill all the ads before they reach the boss or they will do damage and heal the boss...

After the boss health reach a very critical state, the whole ground is going to do damage and the ads are going to walk toward the boss at the same time...

It sounds nuts but if everyone does a high amount of damage, everything is going to be alright...

Machine Tyrant

The Last boss!!! Tough fight ahead...

Fighting this boss can be a total pain, you better keeps your eyes open because a lot of things are going to happen all around you and your friends.

Keep your eyes wide open, at some random point in the battle the boss will cast a massive knockback that will push you away from him, do massive damage and of course is going to knock you down...

Its going to be tricky because the white ring moves kinda faster than normal white spell rings...

Keep your distance from the boss, if you are too close, its going to be hard to dodge the knockback.

The artillery red crosshair is a combination of strange symbols and is probably one of the most annoying things I ever seen in my life... It moves around and if you stumble into it, you are going to be shot! Taking a high amount of damage.

The Yellow Rings of Death!!!!

I am not kidding, they do hurt!!! As a matter of fact, they can kill you in one shot if you are way too close to the boss...

I recommend that you run away from the boss as far as possible and at the same time stay clear from the rings!!!

So far everything looks simple...

Dodge the massive knockback.

Stay away from the Red Artillery Crosshair.

Avoid the Yellow Ring of Death.

BUT!!!!!

As the boss health goes down, he gets mad and call more yellow rings and red artillery crosshairs upon you... Do your best and survive!!! lol!!!!

As you can see, Machine Tyrant is no joke... Run around, and keep yourself alive and if you have a chance then do some damage, but do no trade hits with his AoE spells, you will die for nothing...
