Hey peeps, we all know that SWTOR is having problems, they are technically merging the servers because the population is draining out and every day the general population keeps going down... The game is fun but we all know the same old story and why people is no longer playing the game and Ya-da... Ya-da...

Nothing new ok...

I was talking to someone over the net about the possibility that in the near future, SWTOR goes F2P. Everyone is crying and yelling that the game needs to go F2P because the population keeps draining like no tomorrow...

I used to have fun of the whole idea that EA is going to let people play SWTOR for free but after some consideration and meditation I had to change my own opinion in the whole subject, I only hope that EA cuts away all the drama and the PR crap stuff and do something for the game...

So here is my friggin point of view...

Number One!!!!

SWTOR will never go F2P!!!! Why??? Look at Warhammer Online, EA is involved in that game and as far as I know Warhammer is not exactly 100% F2P... Its the same old story, EA is involved!!!!??? Forget about F2P for good, they are not going to take that route... Warhammer is probably one of the biggest mmo letdowns of all times, the game was kinda cool but it was so unfinished... They even had to cut away some classes lol!

Believe it or not!!! Warhammer Online is proof that EA can be a bit stubborn. The game was not good enough for people to pay a subscription fee, unfortunately EA never took the correct course of action. Sad but true...

Number Two!!!!

The game will go F2P, EA does have a few F2P titles, like the friggin "The Sims Social" game for facebook, you play the game but every time you log in, the game start asking for money every 2 minutes... You die, money... Warzone, money... Instances, money... Score in huttball, money... You travel to another planet, money!!!! At some point is going to be very awful and annoying, its just better if you pay money or leave the game for good lol!...

Number Three!!!

Turn the game into a B2P product like D3... Shut down all the servers and only leave a small text based lobby and logging server... Just like D3... Use the internet to play a single player game lol! Grab your friends in the lobby and they connect to your computer, like one of those game without servers, you just connect to a player in a Peer 2 Peer structure lol... Very cheap but at least EA wont need the money to pay for servers and you wont have to pay a subscription fee, just the box and the expansion packs... or DLC like no tomorrow...

Well, those are the only 3 possible outcomes that come into my mind, I know it doesn't sound like much but I dont think we have a lot of options...
