Well it looks like Bluehole studio finally got what they deserved! A former NCsoft staff and product director who left first and asked the rest to join him, has been sentenced to time in jail The the development team's manager was also sentenced to time in jail. What got me was how in the NA, En Masse Entertainment replied, and basically denied all allegations!

It's fairly clear that Bluehole studio was guilty! I believe in the court system to bring out about fair trials without the lure of a companies money. With two of the big shots on the Bluehole Studio team jailed, how does this bode for TERA in the NA? It's one thing to be upset by this, but to say such nonsense such as, "Since the release of TERA in Korea, NCsoft's Lineage sales and market share have declined, as have sales market share of other NCsoft products." Such a statement comes off as just completely stupid. If this was even slightly true then I guess NCsoft would be going after other game compines. Uh oh, better watch out all you mmo companies out there, NCsoft is going to sue you all! And yes that was sarcasm.

As a player I really enjoyed TERA, but I cannot help feeling guilty... TERA was supposed to be Lineage III. I would feel better if the rightful owners was hosting the game under the rightful name. But it does seem to me that TERA was not a legitimately game created by Bluehole Studio. They stole the ideas and all the codes and stashed it on a computer... It's so wrong I don't even understand how they got away with it for so long! So, how do you as players think this will affect TERA in the NA? Do you think it will affect them at all? I'd love to hear your guys opinions on this turn of events in the NCsoft Vs.Bluehole Studio case!
