Beligerent
Divina Online just had it's 72-hour CB event. I played quite a bit because I wanted to get to level 30 so I could get into the next CB without having my character wiped. Surprisingly I had fun. The graphics are sort of unique when you look at them, and so are the spell effects.
The quests are your typical "go hunt x-number amount of mobs." Some of the story is interesting but to be truthful it gets a bit boring after a while. I'm actually not really sure what kept me playing besides the need to get to level 30, and also I wanted to see as much as I could for my review.
The guild I joined was very helpful (in fact so helpful that we become really great friends and I made a guild site for us!), and that was another thing that kept me playing, and will keep me playing when the next CB starts. Sure the gameplay is uninspired, but sadly there are so few anime mmos out there that you kinda are stuck with what you get. There aren't actually any "awesome" anime mmos out there that I know of, and I'm not certain why. People are interested enough in them that they are willing to play bad ones so you'd think a mmo company would create one that was actually good to get a huge playerbase. I can always dream I guess.
I didn't get to get into crafting this CB but there is a unique feature in Divina Online called the Monster Tome, where you can collect information on mobs in areas and when you have all the knowledge of that mob (from basically killing a species of mob over and over) you can transform into that mob! I thought this was a really fun and cool feature.
I did enjoy most of my time in Divina Online in the end and I invite you to register and join my guild's site forums and events as we prepare for the next CB. Website link for guild: http://crunchyroll.guildportal.com/Guild.aspx?GuildID=450352&TabID=3861656
