So yeah, I know it's another "OMG GUILD WARS 2" article. But you have to understand how amazing this game is. If you haven't played it, you need to get a freaking copy of it. The graphics, I swear get better every time I see them! The thing about other MMOs that is very noticeable to me is the size relation to your character and the rest of the world. Most MMOs get it wrong but Guild Wars 2 get's it perfectly. The cities are huge and beautiful and... well, actually feel like cities!

Also the quests. Oh my freaking god the quests! I find myself constantly distracted when I'm on a set path to go do something. All the sudden though some event distracts me, and I do the event and forget what I was doing before! And it's great because I never have to run to a far off location to turn in any quests. I took that for granted in the stress test before I realized that I never stopped... Literally I just kept going from place to place killing those monsters and trying to discover all I could.

And tomorrow I'll continue playing! I love every moment of it and also the level curve is great. The only complaint I have is that there is too large of a level gap between the main story quests. This is solved by other areas where you can do quests and level up but it's still noticeable. It's not really anyone's idea of fun when you just get into the story and then have to be pulled away for 4-5 levels. Also there is a lack of cinematic content. I know the NPCs are voiced (most of the time) in a little chat thing when you do quests where there is a nice little backdrop, but I still kind of would like to see some cinematic elements brought into the game.

All in all though Guild Wars 2 is turning into a stunning piece of artwork. I can't wait for it to be released. Of course I am not expecting that to happen until November or maybe December because we haven't even gotten to try out the two other races. Hopefully that will be in the next beta. Comments?
