Forsaken World: Why I have spent 1000+ hours on this game!
Forsaken world is a big game made by a company that really knows how to make money, so of course it has a just-as-big cash shop that you can’t live without if you’re playing the game. I don’t really mind about the cash shop really, if anything I spend too much money on such things to complain about them.
But let’s look at the game, what does the game offer? There are 8 classes spread out over 6 races. Some classes are locked to a specific race, while others you can find across many different races. The classes you get to choose between are: Assassin, bard, mage, marksman, priest, protector, vampire, and warrior.
So there’s definitely a class that will suit you, I leveled up a priest first, then a mage, then a bard, and started on a vampire. Why? In this day and age there are so many better games out there then Forsaken world so why did I play so much Forsaken World? Repeatedly!? It’s not just me either, the game has multiple serv...
So I decided to write a more personal review of my experience with Defiance this weekend. Let me start off by saying: It was a lot of fun! I recommend you check out my other article about Defiance features, so you know what I’m ranting about! (http://my.mmosite.com/3171200/blog/item/defiance_a_complete_overview_of_features_and_gameplay.html)
I had to recreate my character twice; first time I didn't notice you could change your hair. It’s a little silly yeah; you may think it’s just me being blind, but no! Let me tell you a whole of four people did the same mistake. We picked our race, our “class”, changed our mouth, and nose, and clicked “continue”. Why, oh WHY!?, would anyone put a continue button there if there were more pages to go through on top? I sat there thinking it made no sense I can choose what color my skin can be but not my hairstyle. Luckily, after I got put in a que for 2 days I remade my character and noticed the buttons. Speaking of the que, 2 days? That was...
Defiance the new shooter MMORPG being published April 2nd has finally lifted their NDA, and you can finally find out everything you wanted to know about the game! This graphical stunning game will be out not only on PC, but also on XBOX and Playstation 3!
The question is, of course, is the game worth buying?
Let’s take a closer look at the game
At character creation, you choose if you go human or an alien race called irathient, as for what classes you choose; there is none! At character creation you choose an origin, a back story. The choices of origin are: Veteran, Machinist, Survivalist and Outlaw. These choices have very little to do with gameplay, the origin of your character decide certain superficial features. As an Outlaw, you get to battle enemy creatures in tiny, tiny, shorts while most of your body is covered with tattoos.
I won’t speak about the storyline, because I’d hate to spoiler it for anyone who might buy the game so you will have to take my word on the fact that it...
Scarlet Blade: A pleasant surprise
I have been playing Scarlet Blade, and I got to admit: IT IS AWESOME!
I feel really terrible now, because I gave my friends who play Scarlet Blade a hard time: They said it was good and I refused to believe them and then one night a group of us partied up and decided to give it a go and it was actually quite good.
Now, I did the same as you, and probably the same as many others: I saw the homepage, cringed, and moved on. Aeriagames is relying heavily on it being a “mature game”, I disagree: Why would you attempt to ruin a great game with a gender lock and a lack of clothing?
I didn’t get to review all the features that the game has to offer, I got told by my friends that all the good content comes after level 20. (Levelcap during this beta is level 29). If that’s true, I’ll definitely play it more, because I’m already impressed by the game. So let’s talk about the game!
Scarlet Blade offers 6 classes: Defender, Medic, Punisher, Sentinel,...
Chrono Tales: My first look at an browser MMORPG!
Chrono Tales is a 3D Browser MMO, it features 5 classes: warrior, mage, scholar, priest and assassin.
The game has plenty of features: Combat mounts, combo system, crafting, PvP, ranking in all sorts of things, siege war between guilds, and there is daily challenges for instances, quests and world bosses.
Combat mounts is one of those features I simply love in games, already at level 10 you are provided with a Spirit Wolf that you never have to un-mount again. You can choose between riding the mount for more movement speed, or summoning it to your side so it will fight with you. If you choose the later, you can merge mounts for better stats. Promoting a mount changes how they look, which was a pleasant surprise. Later in the game, you can get mounts such as the lion, leopard, and phoenix. There is even a dragon mount that I would love to get my hands on.
All the features is unlocked to certain levels, they don’t come nearl...
