well, acclaim's baby steps at improving 9Dragon's pvp did work out this time with these two subsequent patches

they fixed the mistake they made in patch 74, and now a nuker 24 lvls below you will miss 80%-90% of the time... this applies to the nuker role only, and therefore pvp based maps include all varities of roles =)

while the mood has calmed down alot.... nukers... are ... still.. overp0wered....

how?

well.... lvl to lvl --> nuker vs any other role ... nuker will win

why?

1. the lack of Chi Kung Defence items means all other roles take 3000+ hit with each nuke
2. the easy availabilty of Physical Def items means Nukers receive a MAXIMUM dmg of 500 only

500 hit vs 3000 hit... guess who wins... nuker ofc

i hope the community keeps the pressure on acclaim

the forums have chilled down a little, as high level warriors can easily kill mid lvl nukers who were bothering them AND also the lack of presence of high lvl nukers ( since they pvp most of the time - and not grind)

bwhahahaha acclame is so painfully sad

the 'oh so awaited' patch that finally arrives, and the three major things its supposed to do...well... dont work LOLOLOL!

Introduc "New" Dungeon (already present in other versions)...PHAIL : game crashes upon entryIntroduce XP Cards ... PHAIL : more frustrated ppl who spend real money only to get more annoyed as card doesnt work xDFix PvP - By making it difficult for low lvl casters (nukers) to kill high level players in less than 5 secs. PHAIL : Now these low lvl nukers miss 80-90% on players lower than them. But players high than them die in the same 5secs.

Also funny is when someone from acclame claimed :

"The game is designed so that nukers will dominate in PvP (hence the name 'nuker'), while Warriors are needed for Dungeons, Boss Hunts and as Tanks. Nukers are not built for grinding and levelling up, unlike Warriors. "

So in 9Dragons (US version only), we have 4 roles. Out of which is for PvP. Others are for PvE. Way to go acclame!!

As again, another patch, another exodus of players leaving the game.

9Dragons had receieved major patch introducing 2nd roles... (not advanced clans) and alotta new skills

Acclaim however decided not to implement the new stat table as well...and the result... the mage or 'nuker' class dominates the game.... two shots and any role will be down in pvp...except for nukers themselves, nuker vs nuker fights take ages to complete, every1 in the game now has a nuker character lol

acclaim decides to take baby steps at balancing pvp...and probably the 2nd most anticipated patch (patch74) is to be released anytime soon (hopefully today or tomorrow)

in other news :

9Dragons Japan - from Gameleon are deciding whether to make two mid lvl maps pvp or not (ie Nanchang/Hangzhou)
