Continent of ninth Asian server will be launched on 23rd 2013 . There will be a game data migration from U.S.A server to Asia server after scheduled  maintenance on January 23rd, 2013.

To resolve the lag issues C9 team has come up with a solution which is to divide IP traffics per region.
This will result in benefiting both US and Asian players with reduced gameplay lag, and improved ping connections.
