I write to you yet again about this company.

Webzen has had 3 massive game titles with a substantial amount of players when they took the games over.

MU Online

Archlord

             All three of these games used to have well over 500,000 pplayers with MU being the top contender with over a million,Over the years this company has failed to provide substantial customer service to all three games, with Archlord getting almost next to none.

It seems webzen is way understaffed and expects the few GM's and game devs to do jobs which should be done by many. With the heavy workload put on these employees many have quit or just brun out, and the games are suffering from it.

8+ months ago there was to be a huge expansion for the game archlord which was to rebalance all the classes, A test server was made and tons of feedback was provided about the test server.

It has seemed webzen may have got the point as they are starting to turn a new leaf and interests in archlord and making major changes, hopefully they can keep up the pace and continue with these updates and new customer support.

 I would still love to see some weekly fixes as there are a lot of fixes they could do every week, starting with translation errors or adding things missing form the auction house right down to fixing quests that are bugged.

   One thing webzen needs to do is get a better inquiry system, the direct inquiry system lacks interaction with players, If you look at any of the other mmo companies and their support system it lets you know when a GM has replied to your ticket your ticket stays open until the problem is solved you get answered with in, at most 24 hours , you can see all the responses on one page that you made and that a GM has made.  Upgrading their support system is a must.

Through March and April webzen had a promotion for their new title Archlord X beta test. The promotion was that all beta testers that filled out a survey about archlord X were entered into a draw and a winner randomly picked to win a Xbox 360 , That winner was to be announced may 9th. Since then no winner has ever been announced.
