Arena Net Approves True Action Combat Mod For Guild Wars 2!

Music provided by:http://www.youtube.com/ExileDubstep

Whats up gamers im your host Zach Sharpes and today im going to spotlight a mod that in my opinion can increase your experience in Guild Wars 2 by at least double. Why is that? Well ever imagine having True Action Combat in Guild Wars 2? Well a guy on Reddit may have your answer! Arena Net finally approved this mod by stating that as long as the mod doesnt bot, automate, or modify the Guild Wars 2 client in any way its legal and since the mod doesnt touch the Guild Wars 2 client it is fully legal!

Statement/explanation of statement from Arena Net (Original Reddit Thread Down Below):

"Basically, anything that touches the game client in any fashion, including but not limited to visuals, overlays, controls, inputs, outputs, automation, sounds, or play experience is going to be referred to as a mod. The Guild Wars 2 software package is meant to be delivered and used AS-IS, with zero flexibility for the end user. If your script changes anything about the game itself, how it's displayed, or how it's played, then it's forbidden 3rd-party software." Thats what they stated to the mod Dev. Later, the stated also,
"I think it's ok to share this. I just want to be very clear that:
(1) we don't review or approve programs, and
(2) programs can sometimes contain components that a legitimate player doesn't realize is a cheat element
In the end, it's good to go VERY cautiously with the use of any third-party program, but we appreciate that there are definitely situations when a helpful, non-advantage-giving program is extremely beneficial to players."

That was all from customer support I believe from higher ups who actually tested the mod after they took it seriously after your guys response to it across the internet. Its legal because it does not touch the game client at all, its a macro based program that utilizes crafty key binding and overlays a crosshair on your screen which requires you to be in windowed full screen. Plus the mod also uses many of the options currently in the settings menu in Guild Wars 2 as well. Making it not at all altering the Guild Wars 2 client, more of working with it which is why its legal to use.
