Guild And Team Ethics

Ok i found no thread regarding this side of the communicaton in TO so i decided to do something about it
Basicly here u can see what TO DO and what NOT  TO DO in certain situations,everyday comunication and some other stuff

Every day guild comunicaion
I Belive all of u are aware that u have to be kind to recive kindness but lets go deeper and in detail
1st and maybe obvoius
When someone comes online in ur guild its proper to say #1 hi and maybe some additional info like "How are ya?" or "Did u drop anything?"
When u talk to people,communicate and participate in all sorts of relative actins
u are doing good for ur reputation.(No thats not a repu that u can build with quests :D )
2nd If someone drops a nice item that will help him improve his champion's performance (golden,purple,large,even medium drops help alot) make sure to give a good Gzzzzzz not GZZZZZZZZZZ and not gzzzzzzzz type with Capitol "G" and small "Z" or warping Big and Small "Z" like GzzZZzzZZzzZzz.Why? well if u make it simple with large or just smalls u will show people ur either Lazy or u dont care about that person (thats in cases with inteligent people)
3rd Alot of people ignore boss kill rumors.Not a good idea!even if its a LW or BC boss its nice to say Congrats,that way u show people u do care about them and their achivements
4th when asking for help!
try not make it sound as if u are asking for help,while beeing awere that u are going to get it, so u dont put any "Good words" in it.
In other words say a nice and war "Please" or "If u cloud help me when ur done" also its nice to try "Dont wanna bother u but i have this quest..." becouse if u say " GUILD ! I NEED HELP! i wanna kill boss someone help me! fast!" u sound like some 5 year old kid that is used to get everything he wants  wich is not good
5th Someone in guild needs gold.If u have the gold he needs and u know that person atleast a bit to make sure u wont loose ur gold GIVE IT TO HIM! WHY? Theres a simple reason and thats becouse everyone needs help sometimes and for advanced players it might be rare case but they need help,and that "advanced player" might be you some day :)
6th DC or Disconnection
U are in team for some cave and someone gets DC. what do u do? wait 1 min and go? no u must make sure he is not coming back.wait 5 mins if u have to,10 mins sometimes but u have to be sure that this person does not loose from his disconnection wich was not caused by his actions in any possible way.(Almost aways) If u disconnect due to a internet interuption or Power supply shortage make sure to return to game ASAP becouse the team is waiting. u might think " ahh its ok they are gonna wait for me " but if u make them wait and on ur returning u say " damn internet " they loud most likey take u for a rager and someone who doesnt care alot about people around him. u have to say sorry imidiatly after u reconect even if they tell u its ok u need to  say it just from politness.
7th When asking for enhanse or gold from someone.
Go were he tells u dont swing around and make him come to u its not good for u at all.when u find that person wait for him to ask for trade.it wont look polite if u start the trade.only start the trade if the other person seems like hes not gona give u a trade question.When u accept the trade wait for him to lock in first other wise u might make ur self a "Rusher" vision in the other players mind :)

When u got ur help for Cave,Boss or What ever it is u most proly will be in team with 1 or more people.DO NOT LEAVE THE TEAM! Let them leave the team if they need to.If u leave the team with just a "Thank you" u will be taken for a thankless individual who only cares about him self. WHY?
well leaving the team it self as an action means u dont need these people simply becouse beeing in a team represents some kind of connection and if u brake that connection it means u dont need these people allthou they just helped u.

When in caves most proly u have a fary and a tank.When u start to lose HP dont call "HEAL HEAL!" instead try to be more polite and say "Can u please heal me im gonna die " or "Fary heal me plz im dying" it might sound as if u are a weakling but thats what u are compared to them. dont try to Level ur self with people who are obvoiusly higher rank than u


Also when having to deal with troublesome people try to remain calm dont rage on them becouse either ways they are gona be happy cuzz they got u mad and u are gona be mad and upset so u lose :) Carefree are most succsessfull in almost anything they do


If the tank tells u to back away from the boss or tells u to lure less just do it.Showing signs of individualty isnt the best aproach for you. they to show them u are a nice person that wont cause any trouble.

Also if someone Gets an item u need from dice u shloudnt go "Hey i need that give me!" isntead try to make a more apropriate aproach like "Aaaahh i needed that so bad can u please give it to me if u dont need it ?"
ive seen people go rage mode and rage quit for loosing a blue kneepad for 44 level so dont go like them its defenitly not good :D
