Who's worst then the GMs and Moderators? If you guess the highest ranking player, then you are correct and here's why I think they're the worst.

Even thou each MMOs have a different level cap, I call them the 'Level 99' player because it's the most punchly way of remember these losers and who they are.

In the forums, it's apparent that many players enjoy spending their time playing and talking about the MMO.

Sometimes it's difficult for the moderation teams to manage because some users sign up but don't really read and follow the rules, so what happens, is that users go over the line and moderators give out warns and also issue bans.

The 'Level 99 player' is treated differently. The highest ranking player plays the game so much that the team who hosts the MMO see's this player, as a good example of what a MMO player should be doing. If you play the game and get to the highest level, you are a good example.

However that problem is, considering that the player is setting a good example for the entire community, everyone looks up to this player, so if the 'Level 99' player gets annoyed at the MMO and starts a thread against the team, then what are the hosts going to do about it?

If the mods ban this player, then they would lose other players and getting badmonthed and if the user continues to harass the staff, then everyone else will join in.

... so what does the hosts more likely to do? They needs to keep players on the server, so they opted for the second option and that is to allow the user to continue.

All the other players who support him are more likely going to get a warning and issued a banned and the 'level 99' player still roams around causing choas around the forums and that's the reason why I think the Level 99 player are alot more worst then being a GM or Moderator.
