Blizzard is releasing their first big patch for ‘StarCraft II’ today. It will change a few general issues and a whole lot of balance issues with each race in the game.

Balance Changes

We have several balance changes in store. One general change we’re making is that friendly units will no longer provide vision after being killed. Enemy units previously revealed will no longer be targetable. Now let’s break down the additional balance changes we’re implementing.

Maps

We’re going to be adding destructible rocks to the Desert Oasis map to make natural expansions easier to protect. In addition, the center map watchtower area is being narrowed.

There were a good handful of Batmans at DragonCon – Majority of them were outstanding.  I had this guy come up to me telling me he had a Dark Knight costume upstairs he was going to change into.  I expected a pretty cool costume to come down – I had to slap myself in the face when I saw this guy.

He was a pretty cool person and so was his soon-to-be-wife.  (who was a fantastic Catwoman – I’ll be working on her photos shortly!)

He gave me about an hour with him while I setup lighting and thought of ideas for this Batman shoot.  His costume was near-replica of a Dark Knight and I wanted to make sure I got this masterpiece captured.
