On beta realms the XP requirement for 86-90 have been decreased by 25% (down from 55%). In the table below, you can see the development of xp requiremens throughout the whole beta testing. Old XP Requirement has been active at the beginning of the beta, New XP Requirement was the first tweak and the other two are further tweaks that have been done, with Newest XP Requirement being the most up-to-date.

CURRENCY CONVERSION UPDATE

*Old* Neither of the resultant currencies (Justice and Honor) will have an enforced hard cap at this time.

*New* At this time, you will not be able to earn Justice points or honor points if the conversion puts your total above the cap of 4000 per type.

Approximately two weeks after Patch 5.0.4

*New* All Justice and Honor points that exceed the 4000 point caps will be converted to gold at the rate of 35 silver per Honor point and 47 silver per Justice point. The cap of 4000 points per type will still remain in-effect.

TURTLE MOUNT VENDORS

Have been added to the game for both Horde and Alliance. You're out of luck if you're not a pandaren, though a tabard can be bought that will most likely help you to grind reputation with Pandaren factions to get your turtle mounts.

Turtlemaster Odal sells mounts/tabard in Valley of Honor (Orgrimmar)

This is the Horde version of the tabard (Huojin reputation).

Old Whitenose is selling mounts/tabard in Stormwind.

Here's the alliance version of the tabard which will help you to increase your reputation with the Tushui pandaren.

There are many recolors of the same turtle mount so here's a list of all things you can buy from the vendors. The cost is in gold.
