Justice & Valor Quartermasters

Justice & Valor Quartermasters have been added to the game in the latest beta build.

The quartermasters can be found in Townlong Steppes, Nuzao Temple.

Obtaining gear, will now be even more time-consuming, because of the developer's choice.

Ghostcrawler, the Lead Game Designer said that the addition of tabards, lead to faction's identity loss -- They became just different bars to fill, when players could conveniently farm any reputation they desired.

The trick is to let players who want to play make some progress without leaving everyone else in the dust.

The changes as opposed to Cataclysm are as follows:

All items you buy from the Justice Quartermaster require honored reputation with several factions of Pandaria + Justice Points.

All items you buy from the Valor Quartermaster require rewered reputation with several factions of Pandaria + Valor Points.

Note that the amount of Valor Points you obtain from various sources has been drastically reduced:

Down to 30 VP / heroic run, 90 VP / RDF (raid finder) run, 5VP / daily quest, 15VP / completed scenario, 40/50/60 /Challenges/. The amount of Valor Points you get from normal/heroic raids / boss is unknown for the moment.
