MoP Preview Heart of Fear: Grand Empress Shek'zeer

Heart of Fear is one of the three new raids that will be opened in Mists of Pandaria. This is the seat of the Mantid domination, and place where the Mantid currently resides, possessed by the Sha of Fear.

The entrace to this raid dungeon is in the base of a large rotting tree structure in the center of Dread Wastes.

Normal mode opens October 30, 2012.

Looking for Raid mode opens November 6, 2012.

The raid itself is split into two separate zones, pretty much as Dragon Soul.

Today we'll look at one of the first challening bosses of this raid - GRAND EMPRESS SHEK'ZEER.

She's the Sha-corrupted ruler of the mantid, and the final boss of the Heart of Fear.

Health pool: 143,000,000 on 10 player raids // 610,000,000 on 25 men raids
