I got interested in this topic. It's a story of a girl who fell inlove with a guy and have a happy relationship but was ruined because she found out her boyfriend is an otaku. Well, you know.. Equivalent to nerd when it comes to animes and games... Describing herself as an extremely shy type person and about 30y/o, relates that she recently began dating a man for the first time. Her post is translated below;

A never ending battle between girls and games.. When did this battle started? Who knows.. Whoever they are of course boys are the prime suspect. We can't blame them because since the beginning of games boys are the majority players. Even though we are living in this modern world where girls are playing games, the battle still goes on up until now.

So why you ask?? The idea of comparing a human being to a virtual thing is a common knowledge that even a child knows that both are different you don't have a right to compare them. But even though we know this fact, if it involves our happiness then everything is the same for you.

I want to pin point the reasons why both are being compared. It's a good topic to discuss especially now that valentines day is near. Here are the some listed reasons why girls and games are having a battle in the eyes of guys.

Ever experienced someone finding out your a gamer or an anime fanatic they just stares you like you have a desease or a dirt on your face? You may want to ask why but you can see clearly on their expressions the reason and that is "Your not a kid anymore.. Duh??!"

Society, majority of people is that hobbies such as toys, animes and games are just for kids. When you reach 18 and still fond with it its either you're stuck at your parent's house without a job, your friends starts avoiding you or they will all look at you like you're a total weird. It hurts even more when most of these lines was said to you;

"Anime? You're joking right??"

"Weird...."

"That's only for kids you know?.."

"Get a life!! A real one!!!"

What's worse is when the majority has one common idea about being a gamer/anime fanatic "Leads you nowhere and it won't help you in real life at all." Well, wait no more as I now have some facts that being a gamer/anime

This got me worked out because I was discussing this to some of my comrades when I saw this article yesterday. Well my laziness striked yesterday so I'm posting this article today.
