Why I Think Family Guy Online Is A Joke

And when I say "joke" I don't mean the good, "hahahaha" type. The main reason I hate it? It's a money grabbing attempt by the big corporate giant known as Fox. It's alright, but it's literally like a giant Facebook game, set in the Family Guy universe and in 3D. Maybe some people like this type of game, but I wouldn't call it anything new or impressive.

It's really a boring game too after a while. It's funny I suppose for a little while, but it's not enough to keep people interested. It's very generic, and I guess that's all i can say to describe it. I was actually fairly excited to try it out, but it was very obvious from just the character creation where Brian is missing and will continue to be missing unless you buy him in another bundle for $20 dollars, that this is a game meant to suck your wallet dry.

You would think for a game they've been working on for the past several years it would be better and more unique than what they created, but hey, this is Fox we're talking about. I should have known they would have gone for the quick and easy buck if they got the option. I am just a bit disappointed that Seth Macfarlane would let his show be turned into something that leaves such a bitter taste in my mouth. But hey, maybe Fox trumps his feelings about the matter.

What do you guys think? Is it as bad as I think it is? Or do you guys actually enjoy the game?
