It's been a while since I last posted here.... life keeps knocking on my door hehehe... 

But now I'd like to write about this new game I've started playing: Scarlet Legacy. I am Ottoha and this is my review of the CBT period (8/04-8/10).

So let's begin:

The Basics:

Well, this game differs from most of the games in the market in many aspects. One of them is the ambientation. It is a chinese-like environment. The pole weapons are used instead of the standard sword and shield. Mystics use their music to strike foes and assassins dont use the small daggers we see in the hands of their brothers in other games.

To level up, you have the standard. Questing or Grinding. But with a new feature that makes grinding more bearable, that i will talk about

And I am gonna write about the Assassin class.

Assassins are a very popular class amongst MMO players. I really dont know why. Yeah they are quicky, nasty, fishy, hard to catch, they hide.. they tend to be overpowered . But Perfect World didnt come out with this class. Now, on the Rising Tide expansion, you can play our well known squishy friend.

As expected, assassins are overpowered here nad Ill share some of my experience playing this little fellow.

Are you new to MMOGs?

Have you ever joined  a game and after a while, you almost left cause people in it seemed to be talking in codes that you wouldnt understand?!

Well you dont need to feel like you are talking another language... I will try to put here the most usual "codes" used in MMOs.

MMO - Massive Multiplayer Online: Its the type of game where you play online with a bunch of other people. Ex: Perfect World, Counter Strike, Tibia, Runescape, etc, 

RPG - Role Playing Game: Its the type of game that you make a character and you fight your way throughout the game and you can improove your chararcter, making it stronger. It often has levels and the higher the level, the stronger your character is. Ex: Ultima Online, Perfect World, RF Online, etc.

FPS - First Person Shooter: Its the type of game where you see only your weapon (often a gun), like you are the one holding the weapon. Ex: Counter Strike, Doom, Wolfstein, etc.

RTS - Real Time Strategy: Its the type of game where you build an empire, an army and go conquer your enemies empire. Ex: Age of empires, Warcraft, Starcraft, etc.

TPS - Third Person Shooter: Its the type of game where you see your characte

I'll try to explain here, somethings about the AION classes, so people who dont know which to choose, can read and make up his mind! ^^

In my opinion, if you can answer some simple questions, you'll know what to choose. The first 2 questions are:

Do you like physical or magical type of attacks? and Do you like melee or ranged type of attacks?

When you answer these, you'll have preety much shrunk your options by 2 or 3. So let's see each class characteristics:

1. The main classes:

1.1 - Warriors: Physical, melee attack class. Well armoured, they have high defense (can use shields and plate armor).

1.2 - Mages: Magical, ranged attack class. High damage, but low defense (can only use cloth armor).

1.3 - Scouts: Physical, melee/ranged attack. High accuracy and evasion, fast attack rate (can use leather armor).

1.4 - Priests: Physical/magi
