If you missed it, this was posted on the 4th, at night, with the champion rotation. If you didn't miss it, then you already saw this and I wonder why you even clicked on the link in the first place. But as you know, this is the champion spotlight for Draven, brother of Darius, and the next champion people will most likely call Op for the next week or two, till another champion gets announced.

This was my first time actually seeing the champion in action, as I don't touch the public test server for a few reasons. 1. I heard the trolling effects there are worse than those in normal random games. 2. The download server sucks and takes way too freaking long to download one file, and I don't want to keep my computer on forever just to grab the files.

Going by the skill set I posted a bit ago, I already knew about his skills, but didn't really see them in action, seeing them and actuall seeing how he rolls a bit in the video was pretty interesting. One thing I thought was odd was his spinning axe, which has you catching them to keep it going. The whole chasing after to catch the next one seems a bit more distracting, and as they showed later in the video, can easily get you killed if you aren't paying attention. Being that I have the short attention span that I do have, I would find it a bit distracting, especially during a normal fight. I could also see new people trying to use him, getting killed a lot by trying to catch the spinning axe all of the time and get a bit too close to the wrong person.

Other than that, he looks like he is a pretty fun champ, especially for solo laning or laning up with another disable. I mentioned earlier wanting to lane him with Darius for "s**ts and giggles", but I think they could lane rather well together since they both have slows, and Draven can also push them aside to chasing them down and just slowing them to allow Darius to pull them in and slow them again. That or other champions like Morgana, Nunu, Amumu, esc, those that can just keep the others slowed down and out of Draven's face as he beats down on them. As a solo laner, he looks like he could harass a fairly well with the spinning axes for those who can pay attention longer than I, and just widdle down and take out most anyone he goes against.

Have any of you bought him/played against him yet? What do you think of him so far?

Bit of a side note, but what do you guys think of Riot only releasing one skin per new champion lately? The ones they released for Varus/Darius, I am not a fan of at all, but the Draven one doesn't look too bad. But having to just between the default and the one that they come with is a bit underwhelming and would be nice if they get back into the two skins to start out with per new champ.
