Now I chose to write an article for RO2 (not to confuse it with the old, dumped RO2) because the WarpPortal weekend open beta event is nearing its end, with a bit more than a day left.

Let's talk a bit about the game itself, it is a sequel (or prequel, never really worked that one out) of the fabled Ragnarok Online, which attempts to renovate the title from the old 2.5D isometric point-and-clicker to something modern gamers are more familiar with: the WASD-full-3D environment.

Due to the fact that Ragnarok Online was such an exemplary title of its time, a lot of people have had high hopes for RO2 when it was first announced, especially after hearing that Gravity had scrapped the original RO2 completely in favour for this title.
