ATLANTICA REVIEW (not really a blog... i guess)

This page is dedicated to the gamers out there who wants to know what is inside of Atlantica Online.

This is a guide or a preview from creating character to having a mercenary group. But you will see it just the way i see the game co'z i'll be using my game account for screenshots of the game.

So here goes...

Atlantica Online is a turned based MMORPG, the game style is like the ones you've seen in console games such as Final Fantasy, Suikoden, Persona and much more.
This attempt of Ndoors to make such a game will be decided by gamers such as you whether it is a good move or bad.

First you create your character with options such as classes (Sword, Ax, Spear, Gun, Archer, Staff and Cannon). Each classes have unique stats that comes with them.



After you choosing a class for your character changing their appearance and having already input a name, you will be then redirected to this section here where you will select or choose your created character to start your adventures to Atlantica Online.



As we all know when you first start a game you will be in a tutorial mode for about lvl 10 or 15 before you actually be fighting real monsters and doing quests that will be challenging. Well as for this game there is no exeption since this game is rather complex compared to those hack n' slash games that are out there.

At the beginning, just follow the quests that are given to you and you will be leveling in no time. You will be familiar with how to recruit mercenaries for you group, how to equip items and use skills during battles and craft your own item. As you progress far to the game you will learn a lot of things and learn more about the game.
 

The unique feature i found in this game is that NPC's roam around the map, and if you find them some of them will teach you skills and others you can recruit them to join your group but in order for them to join (eg. gunner, swordsman) you need to give them gifts and persuade them to join you. But merchants and the likes you need to have a guild that has a good reputation points and your guild must control one of the towns in order for them to go with you.



The map in this game is extremely large since the whole world is involved. You got to visit a lot of places such as Moscow, Beijing, Japan and more. The map includes Southeast Asia, Northeast Asia, Southwest Asia, Southern Euprope, Northern Europe, North America and Zhong Yuan. You'll meet a lot of NPC's roaming around each continent such as Xiao Yuan from Romance of the 3 Kingdoms and such other heros around the globe. But if you have already been to the place you can teleport from there in an instant.



That's the basic of  Atlantica Online.
