Is there going to be resolution in games industry.  At Monday 29.03.2010, after years of working Egib Unimoto successfully finished his great research. He and his people are first peoples who created virtual world.We made interview with this great scientist.

How everything started?

-I was always thinking about creating virtual reality, but it’s not easy to find cash. I was looking for sponsors, but nobody belives that it’s possible. Finally I’ve come to Andrew Higgins house. His son was paralyzed after car accident for 2 years already, can’t move and there is very small chance that he will be able to control his body again. But he wanted to make his son happy. So he offered to help with my research. After 1 year of working. I’ve made first virtual box. Then for near 3 months I was recording brain activity of his son when I asked him to think about something like moving his hand up or down. Today was first test and I’m happy that everything is working correctly.

How does this virtual world looks like?

-It doesn’t look like real world and Ernie don’t have full control of his body in it, but it’s very good start.  Graphic in this virtual world is not the best as I was more working about controlling body. It looks like games from 2000 year. But Ernie can move in this world and he can talk with other people in this virtual world.

What’s your plans for future?

-After first success I’ve got a lot of offers. In close future I’m going to make multiplayer mode, as Andrew asked me if I can make football game or something, as he would like to play with his son. As fast as I finish this project I’m going to join Blizzard company and with their experience of making games I will be able to just concentrate on brain things and they will work on creating world. I hope that brain activity for same things will be similar for each person and we will be able to make big virtual world before 2013.
